Step-1. Download the macOS 10.15 Catalina Virtual Disk Image from the given link above.

Step-2. Download the VirtualBox and Install from the virtualbox.org site.

Step-3. Download the VirtualBox Extension Pack from the virtualbox.org site And, follow the above video to install macOS 10.15 Catalina on VirtualBox on Windows 10 PC.
